We provide a 1 year warranty on all our electrical devices.
If the item is damaged during transport or cannot be used normally, please contact us and send us photos of the items.
We will either send you a new product or send you free replacement parts unless physical damage was a result of buyer misuse. The shipping cost is borne by us.
Please specifically note that a NanoSteam won't be eligible for warranty if the nozzle is clogged and/or splashes water. That can only happen if you use water containing lime, while in the user manual it is clearly stated that you should use demineralized or distilled water.
Every other non-observance of the user manuals of the respective products will result in an immediate expiry of the customer's warranty.
Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You must provide us with the shipping tracking number and specific reason for the return. If we receive the package in the constitution mentioned above, we will refund you. You will receive your money back with the same payment method you used to purchase the product as soon as we received your package.
You have 30 days to contact us from the date you received the product. Otherwise, you won't be eligible for a return.
Shipping cost is borne only by the buyer.
