*All shipping times exclude unexpected clearance/customs delays and our 1-2 day processing time.
**These countries either have a strict customs clearance or are emerging/developing countries. Therefore shipping times can be unpredictable depending on the situation. Generally speaking, the shipping times are less than 15 days but we cannot guarantee anything. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Shipping Fee
Our flat fee amounts to 5.99 USD, converted to your local currency.
If your order value exceeds 50 USD (or the respective amount in your currency), you are eligible for free shipping.
Shipping to over 150 countries
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are possibly unable to ship to due to critical political/economic situations in developing and emerging countries. If you happen to be from one of those countries, you will get a warning in the checkout page. Please contact us and we will do our best to try to ship it to your location.
Lost/Missing Packages
MedGleam is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge. We are also not liable for any lost packages caused by the couriers.
Customs
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country. Most of the countries won't be affected by this.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You will be able to enter your tracking number here.
My Tracking says "No Information available at the Moment"
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages for we have several different warehouses and will choose the ones closest to you.
